NiQuitin 14 mg Clear Patch - Step 2Start a new smoke-free life with NiQuitin Clear Patch. This product offers 24-hour craving control until you feel ready to resist a cigarette on your own. The patches come in three steps that deliver different levels of therapeutic nicotine to help you cut down smoking. Apply the first patch after finishing the last cigarette and continue using it every day according to the step-by-step plan. Step Down Quitting Programme - step 2 - use for two weeks after completing step 1 to follow the 10-week programme. To help beat the cigarette cravings, combine NiQuitin patches with NiQuitin Minis or Lozenges.
Ingredients
Each patch contains 78 mg Nicotine and delivers 14 mg Nicotine in 24 hours.
How to Use
Apply one patch to the skin once a day, preferably on waking. NiQuitin Clear is intended to be used for 24 hours but can be removed after 16 hours. Full instructions are given in the enclosed leaflet.
Step 1 (21 mg): Initial treatment period 6 weeks
Step 2 (14 mg): Step down treatment period 2 weeks*
Step 3 (7 mg): Step down treatment period 2 weeks* Light smokers (less than 10 cigarettes a day) should start with Step 2 (14 mg) for 6 weeks and then Step 3 (7 mg) for 2 weeks.

Wow these have finally gotten me off vapes!After smoking for 6 years, the vaping for 2, I decided I wanted to make a change, and get nicotine out of my life for good! Unfortunately it is hard, I’ve quit multiple times, but unfortunately relapsed every time. This time I’m going to do it - thanks to these niquitin patches. I have tried latches before (can’t remember which brand) but they made me ill, dizzy and headaches etc. I believe I was on the wrong strength even tho I was smoking around 20 per day which is what the patch said, anyway, I was reluctant to try patches again after they experiance but tried to give them another go. This time I opted to start with the step 2 14mg, just to be sure they wouldn’t be too strong. And I think I chose well!These are really easy to apply and work well, I’ve had no side effects whatsoever - other than a little bit of an itch where the patch is for the 1st 10 minutes of wearing one. But that’s it. I’m on my 3rd week of wearing these and feeling great, I still want to smoke/vape, and really really want to when I’ve had a drink, but that’s a just all about will power, I don’t actually feel the nicotine cravings nor am I moody. I actually feel I could stop using them now, but I’m not going to just yet to make sure I don’t relapse.Overall these are great, I’d say good value for money, especially in compression to cigarettes and vapes! Highly recommended for anyone wanting to quit.

I've never smoked a cigarette in my life but have read numerous articles about the benefits of nicotine used for a yearly bodily parasite cleanse. Despite the negativity associated with its name, nicotine is apparently a very useful, beneficial substance and is one of a number of substances suggested for cleansing the body of parasites which can often be the cause of numerous minor ailments which we often simply accept and live with.I fitted the first patch at 7.30am and by 10.30 was feeling a bit sick so removed it - soon felt better. Day two was less bad and the following days were much easier, whereby I could keep a patch on for 20 hours or so.Its difficult to say if I feel better but certainly aren't worse! I am very happy with the product and will be buying more in 12 months time.

These are great, pretty effective, but have found other brands such as Nicorette to stick slightly better. I did sometimes find that these made me feel a little dizzy and a bit nauseous if I changed before having any breakfast.

I smoked cigarettes for 16 years and then swapped to vaping the past year. Since vaping I noticed my health deteriorating, so decided to try these patches to quit and to be honest, it has been really easy!It always itches when I first put it on, but then it settles quite quickly. I feel like the nicotine is released quickly as well.The only bad thing is that I do wear fake tan religiously, and it always leaves a white patch after I’ve taken it off haha.EDIT: 7 weeks today! Still going strong! Reduced to 7mg now same brand

This journey has been rather amusing to say the least. I suddenly found myself travelling in the night through the most vivid dreams I think I've ever had. Vto top it off, they were quite funny, intriguing and entertaining. It wasn't until I read other reviews that the penny dropped....an unexpected effect but have me lots to talk about and look forward to. Now for the main reason why I purchased these ....they worked almost immediately cutting out my cravings and since starting these on the 20th Jan, I have not lit another! Stickiness can be an issue but I found they stick better on the thighs than upper arms ...perhaps more surface area. Also however, you do need to press them down firmly for upto 10 seconds sometimes more time or even more presses but they do stay on for 24hrs or even longer ...I'm not longer using them now as I feel I can now manage and have done so far. So, overall they did their job including providing some amusement and I am extremely glad that I tried them.Good Luck all ...I truly hope they work for you too :)

Altho these are very useful, to help curb your smoking unfortunately they did not stick on my arm which I tried different areas and prepared that area before usingThey were in date but unstickable for me
