Directions

Nicorette freshmint 4 mg Gum is suitable for those smoking more than 20 cigarettes a day. For adults and children 12 years and over. Please read the package leaflet carefully before starting to use the product and note the chewing technique. Chew one piece of gum when you feel the urge to smoke. Do not use more than 15 pieces a day. Chewing Technique: 1. Chew slowly until the taste becomes strong. 2. Rest between gum and cheek. 3. Chew again when taste has faded. NICORETTE freshmint 4mg gum is used to relieve and/or prevent withdrawal symptoms and reduce the cravings you get when you try to stop smoking or when cutting down the number of cigarettes you smoke. It provides a safer alternative to smoking for both the individual and those around them. Ideally you should aim to stop smoking. However this product can be used in a number of different ways, either to completely replace all your cigarettes, or if you do not feel ready to stop smoking completely, to replace certain cigarettes and therefore help you to cut down the number of cigarettes you smoke. Stupidly got into vaping and now after a couple of years I'm desperate to quit, for health and money reasons. I've tried patches, inhalators, quick mist as well as books etc but to no avail.I haven't been able to quit yet but that was down to home stress that flared up at the same time. However, when I chewed on a gum the cravings did go and could go long periods without even thinking of vaping. So I'm going to start again now things are calmer and do actually think these will help me give up once and for all.The taste is a nice fresh mint, not too dissimilar to a polo or mint flavoured gum. It wasn't overly strong to begin with and found it a nice pleasant taste.

This product is excellent to eradicate the feelings that you need to have a cigarette! I have used this product for a year and still need to use it as I have smoked since age eighteen but needed to stop so went toi nicorette chewing gum and yes it does work. So if you need to stop smoking then give it a go, its hard but worth it on your breathing.
