Bought these to replace an old set and am very pleased with the outcome. They are better than what we had. The brass finish on the shower hose had not been finished properly but a quick phone call to the supplier and a replacement was with us within two days. We just had to photo the fault and send a copy of our Bolo order - very impressed

On the plus side, it took me less than 20 minutes to fit the unit to the existing pillars from my old shower mixer and everything worked first time - with no drips! I also like the fact that all the washers you need (and a few spares) are included - some manufacturers do not include any washers.On the negative side, the shower head itself gives a very narrow stream of water, so you have to move around a lot right under the stream for a decent shower and, if you ever just wash your hair over the side of the bath, do not put it down - the pressure will send water everywhere!Still, this should be easy to remedy by buying a different head. Overall, though, very pleased and it looks great.A little tip - don't be tempted to over tighten the nuts when connecting to the pillar, I just tightened it to the point where the wrench was slightly more difficult to turn - not completely.
