    I got this because I struggle with very bad dry skin on my scalp which results in a lot of white flakes and itchiness. I've been using this for about a month now and I have noticed a good difference in reduction of these symptoms. It's very easy to use and apply, you don't need too much of it and it lathers nicely with a bit of massaging in. It leaves my scalp and hair feeling more hydrated and healthier, and for the price, it has a pretty good lasting value as I still have plenty left after regular use. This has minimal ingredients and is unperfumed which is good for sensitive scalps and skin, which is what I need. This E45 is excellent if you're looking for an effective, simple scalp care product.

    This shampoo does work for dry flakey scalp. Was tested yesterday and not one flake was on back of head after it was washed and dried so it definitely worked.

    This quite literally saved me. My hair suddenly became sensitive and so very itchy after years of using my regular shampoos and i switched to this! The itchiness is gone!! Im to scared to switch to other shampoos now this one is so mild and just cleans your hair without any fragrances or harsh chemicals

    so i started having dry scalp since moving to a hardwater area, this shampoo doesnt seem to help making my dry scalp better, in fact it makes my hair worse- feels stringy and plasticky, like very bad. i dont wear conditioner but other shampoo dont make my hair feel this way

    This arrived promptly and the next day, I couldn’t wait to try it as it came with such a great recommendation.So that night I showered and used it and I’m was amazed, my scalp and hair feels so clean and fresh and yet with no aggravating itchiness like I normally get with shampoo. I shouldn’t have doubted E45 to make a bad product. I’m now converted to this and washing my hair is now something to look forward to again!

    I recently relocated to an area with a colder climate meaning more indoor heating. Over the past few weeks I've suffered with a red, dry, flaky scalp - incredibly uncomfortable and embarrassing. I'm British and relied on E45 cream as a general cure all skin treatment, so after trying a couple of other brands that didn't work, I thought I'd give this a shot. After 3 weeks, my scalp is healed and I am so relieved. The shampoo also smells really nice, cleans my hair beautifully, makes it less frizzy, and leaves it feeling super soft. I just ordered 6 more bottles. This will now be my go-to shampoo certainly over the cold months.

    My wife has sensitive skin in particular on her Skala. We found a product from Canada which worked great but too hard to get so tried E45 and it did the trick, Competetivly prices so happy to use this product from now on.

    Ive been using this before I switched to Vegamour. It has a lot of chemicals and woks just fine if you have dandruff. However you must use it regularly and not changed on some other shampoo and go back to it. It will just give you more dandruff. Its a good product.
