Seriously, top quality chocolate. I used it to make a rocky road, which I’ve made many times before but there was something about this chocolate that really elevated it. Very flavourful without being overall sweet. Would use it again and happy to recommend. The chocolate comes in small droplet type discs which melted smoothly.

I have now had 3 bags of this and it’s the best chocolate that I’ve had it melts so well for making chocolate decorations to go onto cakes I also make hot chocolate with it I steam the milk to 45 degrees and then add the chocolate and continue to heat it until between 60-70 it’s so good I no longer buy hot chocolate from any of the coffee shops because it’s never as good I have had one bag that came and it was in a solid block which is not good enough it should be stored better especially because it’s not a cheap item I wasn’t able to return it but I was given a refund for it I then noticed on some of the reviews that it could of been melted and put into bits that would make it usable again but I think when you buy a product you should get what you paid for that issue is down to Bolo and how they store it not the company that makes it I would definitely recommend it

This is the best chocolate to use for chocolate ganache and dipping or coating your biscuits, it's quite versatile. I love the resealable bag. It keeps the chocolate fresh. It melts quite well in the microwave too. And it tastes absolutely delicious!

I found this brand a few years ago and it is the only brand I now use for my cakes and bakes, the taste is lovely and very easy to use, makes a lovely hot chocolate too, melt directly into hot milk and it is like a premium shop bought one

Absolutely the best chocolate chips you can buy. Made from the highest quality Belgian chocolate, they make excellent cookies, but also decadent handmade bonbons. I have been using this brand for years and wouldn’t buy any other. They always arrive in perfect order and within a day of ordering. Highly recommended!

The chocolate is delicious and I love to keep a bag of these callets in the larder for baking, but somewhere along the way it has been stored at far too warm a temperature. I don’t mind the occasional few callets stuck together but this time the chocolate has arrived in a solid block with a white bloom. I will have to melt it and set it again in a useable form. It’s a foodstuff, and not cheap, so more attention should be paid to how it is stored. Not good enough, Bolo.

Love this chocolate! I've ordered it several times and it never disappoints. I never order hot chocolate when I go out anymore - why bother when you can have better at home!I use a milk frother from my Nespresso machine to make the hot chocolate and it is perfect every time. Just make sure to heat the milk for about 45 seconds before adding in the callets slowly.Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic chocolate for lots of applications
I bought this chocolate to primarily make chocolate bars - I am not a professional, and was looking for something easier to temper like a couverture chocolate. This milk chocolate is delicious, melts nicely and is easy to work with. I was able to get a great temper and shine on my bars even though I am a beginner. I’ve since used this in ganache, cookies, and even as a snack. It’s nice and sweet without tasting “sugary” like a lot of cheap chocolate does. Great value for the quantity and quality of chocolate!
Delicious Chocolates that arrived well ahead of time and packaged nicely
I received my product yesterday and I am very pleased. First it was packed well with ice packs and extra padded protection. Second I wasn't expecting to received my items till later next week. The taste of this chocolate is different from the melts I get in the store. It is absolutely divine. I definitely recommend ordering from this store. Top notch customer service. I will be back again to order more in the future.
