    I am not expected to comment of the effectiveness of this product, we cannot always tell if a product works, but I brought it as I am vit D deficient and I read it is important to take vit K when you take vit D, can't remember thre reason why. I am very ill and on a lot of supplements so as I said the effectiveness may not be apparent. However, after reading about vit K I read that K2 was the best. I read Natto has abundance of K2 so this product was perfect, as it is derived from Natto. I was also happy because it hasn't anything nasty added, often vitamins have synthetic rubbish added, this product hasn't so that is why I chose this product. I was very impressed with the delivery, arrived very qucikly way beofre it stated at such a busy time, Christmas. I wasn't expecting it until after christmas but it arrived before, so well done. I think the price is resonable as well.

    I suspect I have osteoporosis as my back ached every time I carried anything too heavy (e.g. a heavy backpack) or bend down for too long while doing the gardening or grooming my dog. I just returned from a trip out carrying more than 7 kg of backpack on my shoulders and my back hurt like crazy when received a letter from my consultant confirming that I have osteoporosis. I ordered this and started taking it. My backache went away after about 4 to 5 days after taking this and I am feeling slightly better. As this is only vitamins derived from natural sources of vitamin K2 (natto) and it is not a miracle magic potion, it will certainly need time to work. I will be taking this long-term and see what happens and updating this review accordingly.

    I have been using it for about 4 months now along with 10,000 vitamin d daily as I was diagnosed deficient - my level at some point was 7ng/ml!!! it is up to 60ng/ml now after supplementation - living in the north of england means theres pretty much no sun. I havent noticed any physical effects apart from the fact that the dark circles under my eyes are much lighter - but i cant tell if it is vitamin k or it is because i am no longer vitamin d deficient. I have been using mostly life extension vitamin k which I get on Iherb, again much cheaper there than on Bolo - feel free to use my discount code to get $5 off the order - TGC569 if you decide to purchase it from there.

    How are you supposed to review a vitamin supplement? You can only hope that your body is using it and even ‘needs’ it. Solar is a long established company but pricier than most that’s why I’ve avoided buying them for so long but would happily buy more.

    I have been on Statins for 27 years after a 4 way bypass. The side effects were horrendous and the doctors actually didn't care. After a report coming out of Israel, America and Spain I went on 30,000iu of D3 with 200iu of this product of K2. I have been able to come off the statins and my cholesterol, with this combination, is now 4 which is about 165 european scale. Fantastic, NO side effects and I feel like I did when I was 20, very flexible again and I'm 60! This is a miracle because to hold my levels to the same or a little higher I required statins, but no longer. Thank You!!!
