I haven't had a chance to use this machine, but as a long-time sewer I can see it is the loveliest piece of equipment and I am already sure it will be perfect for all the domestic jobs I want to do. Perfectly packaged and arrived so quickly - I was amazed! Such wonderful value for money too! New cushion covers are the first job on my list. The accessories pack is very comprehensive, but I have already ordered a piping foot (which is arriving today ... more excellent service from Bolo!) so cushion-making starts this afternoon. Can't wait!!!

First of all this machine does not have an Automatic Needle Threader. Secondly it comes with a 2 Pin Plug. Thirdly it comes with an Instruction Manual in NORDIC. But apart from this a very good well built machine.

After years of struggling with my built like a battleship old Singer 317 I only wish that I had not delayed buying one of these flimsy new-fangled machines that actually work. This bargain, I discovered only when it arrived, was presumably because it is a Scandi model with a euro plug and a manual written in Danish, Norwegian and Swedish, no English anywhere. Not to worry, it wasn't difficult figuring out how to operate it, much the same as any sewing machine. Apart from not latching in reverse I can find no fault.

Extactly what I wanted, I’ve bought this to replace my old Jones sewing machine which has finally given up. It’s light weight and well made, hopefully do me for another 20 years! , great buy for a beginner or more experienced like me.

The sewing machine was delivered before scheduled time, which is always welcome! It runs smoothly and quietly and there is a good choice of stitches and stitch-sizes. At first I found it difficult to thread the cotton through the thread take-up lever, as the one on my original machine was more easily accessible, but I discovered that it is easy if you take a sideways approach to it (i.e. one hand above the other whilst holding the thread). I have managed to get some thread caught in the machine but I guess this happens with most. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase.

The machine seemed fine, but i could not use it because the power cable was the two pin EU version and the instructions were in French and, I think, German.

This sewing machine is easy to use, practical and portable. I had not used a sewing machine for 25 years, the instructions were excellent and it was just like being reunited with an old friend but with well thought refinements.The first machine did not arrive by the delivery date, having been terribly excited about it's arrival I was so disappointed. However the supplier was excellent in this sorting the problem out and another machine arrived a couple of days later. Now I am one very happy soft furnishing maker!I cannot rate Coopers Sewing Machines and my sewing machine highly enough, both were first class.A big thank you to Coopers Sewing Machines who were very kind and sent me some extra threads and an awesome scissors set for the delay in my machine arriving. Coopers Sewing Machine were superb, thank you.

Aufgrund der vielen verschieden Geräte und der Rezensioen war ich als Nähanfänger doch sehr verunsichert.So hab ich mich durch die Meinungen und diversen Modelle gekämpft und letztlich hat mein Bauchgefühl zum Kauf dieser Nähmaschine geführt.Ich hab das letzte Mal in der Schule in den 80er genäht, hab also schon mal ne Nähmaschine aus der Nähe gesehn, wußte das die Spule unten ist und wie man sie aufgarnt.Zwar hatte ich ein bisschen zu kämpfen, die Maschine nähte eine Seite im Dreieckstich zum Verkänteln und die nächste dann nicht mehr. Da hatte ich dann nur noch ein Garnknäul auf dem Stoff.Ich hab gegoogelt und im Stoffgeschäft nachgefragt. Es lag an der Nähseide. Ich hatte billige aus dem Discounter, womit ich immer schon malSachen (offene Nähte) per Hand zu genäht hatte.Ich hab dann gute Hochwertige im Stoffgeschäft gekauft und die Spule mit dem gleichen Garn gefüllt und seidem läuft es.......ich hab im ersten Anlauf geschafft, mir eine Tunika zu nähen.Fazit-...für Anfänger geeignet. Die Bedienungsanleitung ist dürftig, reichte für mich aus. Sie ist auch per PDF bei Singer im Internet zu öffnen (wer will kann ja schonmal schauen)
