Core gum contains: Polacrilin, chewing gum base containing butylated hydroxy toluene (E321), xylitol, peppermint oil, sodium carbonate anhydrous, sodium bicarbonate, acesulfame potassium, levomenthol, magnesium oxide, talcum, food grade nitrogen. Coating contains xylitol, peppermint oil, acacia, titanium dioxide (E171), carnauba wax

Directions

Nicorette freshmint 2 mg Gum is suitable for those smoking 20 cigarettes or fewer a day. For adults and children 12 years and over. Please read the package leaflet carefully before starting to use the product and note the chewing technique. Chew one piece of gum when you feel the urge to smoke. Do not use more than 15 pieces a day. Chewing Technique: 1. Chew slowly until the taste becomes strong. 2. Rest between gum and cheek. 3. Chew again when taste has faded. NICORETTE freshmint 2 mg gum is used to relieve and/or prevent withdrawal symptoms and reduce the cravings you get when you try to stop smoking or when cutting down the number of cigarettes you smoke. It provides a safer alternative to smoking for both the individual and those around them. Ideally you should aim to stop smoking. However this product can be used in a number of different ways, either to completely replace all your cigarettes, or if you do not feel ready to stop smoking completely, to replace certain cigarettes and therefore help you to cut down the number of cigarettes you smoke. Have tried the inhalers before and then moved onto vaping, found vaping was making me short of breath so swapped to nicotine pouches, the gum is a good middle ground between vaping and pouches.Best value I have found for this on Bolo, so much more expensive in the shops!

A good alternative for the times when you cannot spark up a cigarette. The mint taste was nice. The product does have some side affects (cited in the pamphet enclosed with product). For me it irritated my throat so could not use. Which was a shame as I never had cravings when using them. Unlike regular chewing gum, you chew a couple of times then place between gum and cheek.
