    I bought these to give up vaping as I was as addicted to vapes as I was to cigarettes for 30 odd years before.This gum has really helped with the cravings.I have so far managed to stay off the vapes. Now I'm addicted to the gum but better than smoking and vaping for me so I'm happy!

    I like this nicotine gum and it works well for me. I'm a heavy vaper and I want to switch to vaping nicotine free e liquid and using nicotine replacement therapy which is why I bought this nicotine gum. It's called fruit flavour which I feel is slightly misleading as it tastes like fruit and mint so in my opinion it should be called something like fruit and mint flavour. I like the flavour and I'm happy with the product but I would have preferred it if it was just fruit flavour as I always like to have coffee after nicotine gum and mint spoils coffee. This gum does help me vape with nicotine less and use my nicotine free e cig more and in terms of how effective it is I find it to be as effective as any other 4mg nicotine gum so how well you get on with it compared to other 4mg nicotine gum will come down to your flavour preference. I personally prefer the Nicorette original flavour nicotine gum as I like the flavour more but this gum is just as effective in terms of how well it works. I so far haven't managed to fully switch to nicotine replacement therapy and nicotine free e liquid. I will update this review if I do successfully fully switch to nicotine replacement therapy and nicotine free e liquid. I would recommend this nicotine gum to anyone who wants to quit smoking or vaping or to anyone who just wants an alternative. Just be aware that if your goal is to quit smoking or vaping completely this nicotine gum won't do all the work for you and you will need willpower and it may help if you can find a support group.

    Bought these as a cheaper alternative to the big brand niquitin. But the nicotine and flavour goes away after 1 minute of chewing which isn’t great. The big brands slowly release nicotine while your chewing for like 30 mins
