Cura-Heat Arthritis Pain for Knee is a self-heating system which stays in place over the knee area delivering deep comforting heat for up to 8 hours to provide targeted temporary relief to arthritis pain. With no need for preparation, just open the sachet and insert the heat pack into the wrap pockets. The comforting heat can help relieve the pain and aches associated with arthritis in the joint area by increasing blood circulation. Directions

Directions for use: Place the elasticated wrap over the knee area ensuring that the elasticated rim is above the knee and the Cura-Heat logo faces the front. Open the Cura-Heat sachet by hand (do not cut with scissors) and remove the heat pack. Insert one heat pack only into the wrap pocket on both sides of the knee. HEAT PACKS SHOULD ALWAYS BE INSERTED INTO THE WRAP POCKETS. There are sufficient heat packs for four single uses of one heat pack or two uses of two heat packs. Cura-Heat will warm gradually within approximately 30 minutes. Cura-Heat is air-activated - do not open sachet until you are ready to use it. Warning: If misused heat packs can cause burns even at low temperature. Follow instructions and monitor frequently. To prevent the risk of burns: NEVER APPLY THE HEAT PACKS DIRECTLY TO THE SKIN. Allow air to circulate over the heat pack and do not apply pressure, for example by wearing tight clothes, tights or stockings over wrap. If heat pack becomes uncomfortably hot remove immediately. Precautions: For external use only. Each heat pack is single use. Do not use Cura-Heat over an area with the presence of redness, inflammation, over broken / bruised or irritated skin. Do not use Cura-Heat whilst sleeping. Do not use Cura-Heat in conjunction with other creams, rubs or lotions applied to the skin or with / near to other heat sources. If you have: rheumatoid arthritis; poor circulation; nerve damage; sensory impairment; a skin condition; are diabetic or pregnant contact your doctor to make sure that heat therapy is appropriate for you. Do not use heat packs with other wrap or supporter. Do not use Cura-Heat on children. Use only the enclosed heat packs with the wrap. SEE PRODUCT SACHET FOR FULL SAFETY AND USAGE INSTRUCTIONS.

Perfect for those that are on the go or are travelling.I bought this a i suffer knee pain and I usually use a heat pad or a hot water bottle to ease the pain - I was due to go on holiday and was really concerned about the long flight and the restricted leg room. I knew this was going to be a problem for me.I then discovered this..... These sachets were easy to fit in my hand bag and allowed me to use them when I wanted. Once you take a sachet out of the packaging, they are exposed to air and this is what activates the heat.This was so easy to use on the aeroplane - it also came with a stretchy type band so i slipped this on over my knee and inserted the sachet.It was a total God send - I would recommend anyone who suffers with pain (where heat is usually beneficial) to carry one around with them. Instant heat without having to fill a hot water bottle or use a microwave to heat up a heat bag.Great idea, good quality and simply fantastic!

I bought these heat pads only to find that they are not really warm at all.I used all 4 pads only to find that they were not useful to me.They say in the information about them to be careful incase you get burnt, there really is no chance of that happening.Also, they say it's for arthritis, I'm sorry to say that having had arthritis for over 30 years, these are misleading because my knee never felt warm in the least.I cannot recommend this product.

I couldn't find the knee wraps in my local supermarket so I bought the neck ones thinking I could just stick them to the side of my knees but alas no, as they shouldn't be stuck directly to skin?🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️Ordered two packs of knee wraps plus a refill pack as I have 2 dodgy knees, sat back & eagerly awaited the delivery in the hope of some pain relief. Alas, still No.I neglected to read the packaging closely enough & didn't notice the bit on the front where it says that the max limb girth is 44cm but my fat thighs are definitely larger than this.Never mind I thought. Hubby has a dodgy knee too & has smaller limbs than me so we had a measure & found that his lower thigh clocked in at about 44cm so we slapped one on him. The wrap seemed very snug & I was sceptical about it's staying power so I marked his leg to show where the top of the wrap came to.So, 30 mins later I checked in with him to see how he was doing & the wrap was no-where near it's original placing which then meant that the heat pad was in completely the wrong place and did nothing for his knee pain.It seemed a bit odd that it had crept down quite so much so I had a look at the average knee & thigh measurements of a different product for comparison & it indicates that a 44cm girth at the knee is a large but a 44cm girth at lower thigh is an X-small. So, who knows what the 44cm limb girth is actually referring to 🤷🏻‍♀️The level of heat from the pad is woefully insufficient through any material & unless it is held onto the skin, it does absolutely nothing for pain but the instructions of all products state that they should not be applied directly to the skin.So the wrap is rubbish, the refills are pointless without the wrap & the heat level of the pads are insufficient to do anything for pain.

My husband woke up complaining of his knee.We have had Cura Heat before,when his back was bothering himThese are great,much better with a strap to keep it on.His knee was comfortable when walking the dog.,and he only used two so we have two spare if it happens again

I bought this product because of the description. I have moderate arthritis and unfortunately this product does not relieve pain. I wouldn’t recommend it given my experience.
