    When I am having problems sleeping this product just helps and I get a very good nights sleep.I would not recommend using it every night as I find the effect wares off. But as an occasional relief it is great.

    I've been using this for about a week. I don't usually have much trouble sleeping but a few stresses and grief due to the passing of a family member have been preventing me falling asleep as easily as I usually do.My sister recommended this and I've used the daytime version previously and it helped me manage my mood for a few weeks when I was quitting smoking.The night time spray does seem to be helping me get to sleep. It's not 100% effective every time but my ability to get to sleep has significantly improved since I started to use it.I'm not sure if it's a placebo effect or not but if you're looking for an option to try before trying sleeping pills, this is worth a go.The taste is very sweet and a bit syrupy. If you have tasted the day version, this is completely different. It is also alcohol free, unlike the regular day spray.

    Great little life saver for when life becomes overwhelming. This little bottle is an angel in a bottle! It works fast too. In today age life moves very fast. Anyone can get to where stress or/and anxiety can make things a little harder to function. I would highly recommend this spray 💯

    The package arrived open as in unsealed. This is for a product that is consumed. Very dangerous indeed! I have now tried to request a replacement and I am told that the product is not eligible for return. Very disappointing.
