I’ve always worn clip in hair extensions for 20 years. Dyed my hair every colour possible. I was fed up of not being able to run my fingers through my hair and habit of clipping the extensions, but so impatient to let it grow. But I was determined this time but im a person if I don’t see results in a week then the extensions are going back in seriously! Well not now, my mother in law suggested these tablets and now I would never look back, I just wish I knew this sooner! My hair felt different in a week and now nearly two months after starting these, the thickness, length and condition is something I thought I’d never achieve so quickly.I would recommend these tablets!The white T-shirt was my first pic before starting the tablets - thinned out flat damaged hair, second with blue T-shirt on is a month later.. thicker! Third pic is today nearly two months and the picture compared to the first shows it all! From someone who is impatient and was addicted to hair extensions (weirdly) lol this is definitely a product I’d recommend! Never put hair extensions in again!

Wow, these really strengthened and improved my weak nails! My nails were so soft and they used to split so easily, even after just getting caught on a towel or something minor. I kept my nails short to compensate but they would still split at the soonest sign of growing out. I did back-to-back gel manicures and it ruined my nails even moreso, so I thought I'd give these supplements a try and wowzas I'm impressed! It takes time to work - after one pack (30 days) I didn't really see any progress so I decided to give it up to 3 months before moving on. I just finished my second pack and can really notice the difference. My nails feel SO strong and they are growing out with no splitting!

I started off with the nail ones and they definitely help your nails grow. So I decided to try the hair ones and they definitely work too. I have bought plenty and I’m ready to order more hair ones, they help your nails too. It does take a week or 2 to get started ,but after they get started you definitely can see the difference. I’m going to keep ordering them bc they have worked so well for me. My nails grow everyday I take them, sounds unreal but it’s true. My hair is growing too ! It’s great ! I don’t usually review or post my opinion or even rate products. But this one has changed my skin dramatically. I started to get maskne since covid has started, i tried so hard to keep my skin without breakouts, but nothing really worked except for some topical creams that worked just for the moment, Once i stopped applying those topical creams, breakouts came back even worse. Until i came through these supplements!!! The first 2 weeks or so of having them, my body was trying to understand whats going on, my skin was “purging”, in week 3 my skin started to clear up, I didn't know that it cleared up because of these supplements until i ran out! (After i ran out of perfectile one pimple showed up! ). So i ordered my self another pack. And im currently on my second pack. And im loving my skin. But I still have some post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation that i still need to treat topically. Hopefully by the time i finish my current pack the spots will be faded. As of now, my skin is clear of acne and im happy about it :)Oh and about my hair, i haven't noticed anything honestly. My nails definitely got a bit harder.I would highly recommend these supplements for better skin.
