I have repetitive strain injury in my knees from running and sometimes my knee gets sore and I experience pain when doing exercise and when going up and down stairs. I have used similar products in the past, and the Velcro of the straps has chafed my legs and not helped with pain or stability issues.This product, on the other hand is really good. The straps fasten at the front, which means no more chafing at the back of my leg and the material is really comfortable. The support is firm, which means I can get deeper into my squats without my knees wobbling and without pain (most of the time). You can also adjust the tightness really easily if you feel like you need a bit more support. There are little metal rods in the sides, which help keep your knee joint in the right place. This isn't a miracle product as I do still have the occasional niggle in my knee, but it's nowhere near as bad and my knee doesn't tend to feel so sore after doing weight training on my legs.

I wish I'd found this before now. What a difference it has made.Ive had knee pain for some time now and it wakes me in the night with terrible burning.I have worn this support for a week, going for 3- 4 mile walks a day as well as weight training, consisting of squats with weights and lunges with weights. Since wearing this support, I haven't had anywhere near as much trouble.It's comfortable. Easy to put on and the metal strips make all the difference. They maybe a little pricey but we'll worth every penny.

This product covers a wider area above and below the knee than I'm used to. The three point velcro attachments affords good stability but, I've found that they do become detached so perhaps this is to do with the strength of the velcro. I use over my leggings for bootcamp, spinning and total body workout etc - all strenuous exercises which has put the product through its paces.The only other issue I've found is that the end of the velcro does pull on the seams on the inside of the other leg where they touch resulting in loose threads. Not sure how to resolve this as mentioned before they're too built to wear under leggings/Trousers except the obvious one to wear shorts.It has reduced the twinges I often got when exercising with my last pair which is probably because they'd past their best.These could be worn under a dress but too bulky to wear under trousers unless they're baggy. I've not yet washed mine so can't comment on how it holds its shape.They are quite pricy and depending on the planned use - constant/occasional daily wear or for regular exercise - I would recommend. Perhaps not for the strenuous intense workouts simply because they do come loose requiring you to stop and reattach which can be frustrating.

Acheté en raison de problèmes au niveau des articulations très douloureuses à la moindre solicitation sportive ou lors de l utilisation d escaliers, usure cartilages prématurément, rotule mobile et deja luxée une fois...Utilisé pour une semaine de snowboard et ras, parfaitement supportable sans glissement et bon maintien pour peu de douleur, je recommande !
Professional grade, adjustable and comfortable
I was diagnosed with pulled tendons in my knee and was advised to purchase a knee brace ... at the medical supply store next to the clinic I visited. Upon going to this store the brace I was advised to purchase was $300. There was nothing much to this thing so I opted to leave the store and see if I could find anything online that looked similar.I did research and came upon this one. I asked the Bolo community (who were amazing and answered quickly!) If it would fit me - and they answered yes (my 'good' knee is 14" and the swollen one was an inch to two inches larger). I ordered this on a Thursday and it arrived the next day.This knee support is not exactly like the $300 model at the medical supply store but it fit perfectly, was easy to put on and stabilized my knee so that it can heal properly without the potential of re-injury. It is high grade and I am able to sleep with it on without discomfort. My knee has improved noticeably at a tenth of the price of the brace I was recommended to purchase. Another plus is that this truly can fit any size - I will be able to pass this on to anyone I know who needs it as I hopefully won't need it much longer!
