The media could not be loaded. Most of my comments about this foot rest are contained in the accompanying video review, however I have briefly summarised them below.THINGS THAT I LIKED ABOUT THIS FOOT REST:* It is easy to assemble. The main body is one moulded piece of plastic and the four foot pieces are quick to assemble* There are rubber pads on the feet which help to stop it slipping* The moulded grooves on the upper side of the foot rest stop your shoes slipping and give your feet a mini massage if you are just wearing socks* You can put this into a number of different positions, the rear foot rests have five different height levels and the front ones can either be included or left out giving two different positionsTHINGS THAT I WASN'T SO KEEN ON:* It is fairly lightweight compared to more expensive foot rests and it does feel quite plasticy* Although there are a number of different height positions and angles that you can put this into you don't have an infinite choice as to the final position* If you take one foot off it tends to tip over towards the remaining foot* Over time when used on a laminate flooring it does tend to slip away from you. It is find on carpet or a lino floorOVERALL CONCLUSION:For home or light use this is ideal. It is fairly sturdy, easy to assemble and can be positioned at two different heights and five different angles.

I bought this item because it had a lot of 5 star reviews and the price was good. Upon using it, it has improved my posture and helped with pain in my hip and shoulder. Others have said they broke it quite easily but it does state on the box and on the instructions not to put weight on it and not to stand on it. I just rest my feet on it lightly as I am only 5 foot 3 and when I need to have my chair adjusted quite high and I cannot reach the ground (and get pains in my hips). This foot rest has fixed this problem. It has two height settings but is not a swivel, which I like, I hated the swivel ones I had previously used. This stays exactly where I need it. I would definitely recommend it

Really enjoy this product. It’s very ease to assemble and the size of it is spot on. It’s very stable for its frame and can be adjusted several times for individual preference.It’s helped my posture by keeping me secure during long periods of sitting down either gaming or working from home.It can be easily put away and doesn’t take up much space in a room.

Not much to say, what you see is what you get. I have a great adjustable chair but something just didn't feel right having my feet flat on the ground. This footrest is a super bargain for the comfort it adds to your desk time.It basically has 3 adjustable settings. You can remove the piece that adjusts the height for lowest setting or you can move it to the back slow for amid setting. I alternatae between mid setting and removing the piece depending on how I'm tilting my chair.The only gripes I have but is that it's obviously made for footwear. I don't wear shoes indoors (I use this at home) because why on earth would you walk around wihtt your dirty shoes indoors.. I never understood that about UK / Ire :) So I kind of have to wear slippers which I don't normally wear but it's alright with just socks. Just not super comfortable.Also, the piece you remove to get lowest setting isn't exactly small so when you remove it's a bit of clutter.Anyhow I still give it 5/5 because I wasalready aware that it was meant for footwear and I think there's a version that is smooth with textile that cost more.As for durability, time will tell but who cares? It costs peanuts. I imagine as long as you don't kick it it'll last for years.I recommend this to ANYONE who sits at a desk frequently or infrequently. It's simply too cheap and great of a product to NOT purchase.In fact, I just had an idea. Found an old big textile mousepad that I taped onto it and voila. Comfort for you people in nations who don't wear shoes indoors :)
