Grafix Matte Dura-Lar .005 Translucent Film, is a polyester film that is specially treated on both sides to accept lead, ink, charcoal, paint and colored pencil. Will not bead, chip, run or absorb moisture. Simply wipe clean with a damp cloth for continued use. Great for painting compositions, screen printing and artwork overlays. Measures 9 x 12 inches. Pad of 25 Sheets.

Smooth drafting film gives depth of colour without having to layer upon layer. Erases easily and takes highlights using a Scrape tool. Wouldn't go back to toothed drawing paper.

This was recommend by my art teacher. I looked around and found this on Bolo at a very good price. The paper itself is very good for taking coloured pencils and does not rip if erasing gently. It takes colours well and is easy to blend on. Good amount of pages for the price. At the moment i am only learning so did not want to pay vast amounts on paper that could land up in the bin. Recommend buying this so easy to use and gives good results. Arrived promptly and well packaged.

Good feel and even opacity. Great for adding colour on the front and/or reverse. If just on the reverse colour is paler due to looking through the opacity. If on both sides it intensifies the colour. Lots of other techniques you can do, but this is the basics.

Vandaag mijn bestelling ontvangen. Snel uitgepakt want zat er al even op te wachten en wilde gaan tekenen. Helaas bij het uitpakken bleek dat alleen de kaft van het blok in de doos zat. De inhoud, dus de draftingfilm zelf, zit er niet in! Nu moet ik eerst gaan retourneren en dan wachten op een nieuwe zending en hopen dat ik dan wél een goed blok krijg. Ik baal enorm!
