About Conception.
It may not seem far, but the sperm's journey toward an egg is very far indeed. For a tiny sperm, traveling up the cervical canal, through the uterus, and into the fallopian tube is like a human trying to swim across the English Channel. Ingredients
Proxeed® Plus is a food supplement that consists of a vitamin-mineral complex with L-carnitine and coenzyme Q10. Proxeed® Plus contains zinc for contribution to normal fertility and reproduction and selenium to support normal spermatogenesis. Nutritional value per 2 sachets (10 g): L-Carnitine fumarate 3450 mg, Fructose 2000 mg, Acetyl-L-Carnitine HCl 1000 mg, Vitamin C 180 mg (225%*), Citric acid 100 mg, Coenzyme Q10 40 mg, Zinc 20 mg (200%*), Folic acid 400 g (200%*), Selenium 100 g (182%*) and Vitamin B12 3,0 g (120%*). *Nutrient Reference Values. Ingredients: L-Carnitine fumarate, Sucrose, Fructose, Acetyl-L-Carnitine HCl, L-Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C), Citric acid, Zinc lactate, Flavour: Lemon, Sweetener: Acesulfame K, Selenium enriched yeast 0,2%, Coenzyme Q10, Anti-caking agent: Silicon dioxide, Cyanocobalamin 0,1% (Vitamin B12), Folic acid. Recommended Use: 2 sachets a day, dissolved in 200 ml water or orange juice before meals, morning and evening. It is recommended to take Proxeed® Plus for at least 6 months. Before IVF my husbands motility was on the low side, since using this product for 5 months proper to IVF my partners motility has increased 12% and is now considered in ‘normal’ range. This was mostly just taking 1 a day aswell, instead of the 2 to save costs. Also used ubuiniquol ( can’t spell it) vitamin E and vitamin C, and maca root.

Yes they are not the cheapest but I spent ages trying cheaper vitamins etc no success. After being tested and results came back very low sperm count. Was recommended this so tried it just over month later success! It worked conceived. It’s two sachets a day but I recommend you do your research into pure black seed oil I started taking a teaspoon of that with this daily. You can buy it here don’t waste your time and money on cheaper vitamins.

So me and my partner have been trying for a baby for over two years, I’m now under gynaecologist and he told us to get this to help with his mobility as his little fellas are a little slow. Don’t know if it’s changed it for him as haven’t been tested since but I do trust my gynaecologist, the only down side is my partner says these taste absolutely disgusting and some days I have to basically force him to drink them haha. If it helps us conceive then he’s making the sacrifice so just be warned they don’t taste very nice at all!!

My partner has been taking these for 3 months. Before taking these along with omega 3 and vitamin d3 his count was low at 9 million and motility 36%! Now his count is up to 58 million and total motility 65%!! I cannot believe it. His morphology has stayed the same at 2% though. He also has stopped drinking and hot baths. I would 100% recommend.
