5.0 out of 5 stars Prepare yourself for assemby - it's not a 30 minute job!
Now the "Sunny Health & Fitness Legacy Stepping Elliptical Machine" is [finally] unboxed and assembled I'm very pleased with this item. Of course it doesn't have all the bells and whistles of one you'd find in a gym, but that's because you're comparing 150 against 5,000 in terms of price, but it can still measure calories, take your pulse, has increasing levels of resistance, set a timer and other functions. True, it can't link to your phone and provide a history of your performance but I was happy to live without that. It's also surprisingly quiet, the loudest thing about it is the beep-beep-beep at the end if you've set the timer. It doesn't need to be plugged in as the LED display works off batteries. Also, easy enough to move as there are fly-wheels on the front bar.Now for the not-so-good bits. When the box arrived I was surprised at how small it was. Naively I was expecting it to be almost ready-to-go apart from maybe attaching the arms, screwing in the foot pedals sort of thing. So, so wrong. It took an age to unpack all the pieces and when I saw the instruction manual I was shocked. This is not like assembling an IKEA bookcase! I found it a lot of work, yes, the instruction manual is clear and helpful[ish] once you've read it half-a-dozen times, but even so, there is so much to do. At one point I even considered sending the machine back... but then I realised I'd have to pack it all up again and that seemed even worse... so I ploughed on with assembling the thing. For me, it was quite a workout and a huge sense of achievement at the end.The other thing is the stride length - obviously not a long as you'd find in a professional gym elliptical trainer - I'd say 5ft 10 inches is most likely the max on this machine. So, if you're not too tall, happy with screwdrivers, Allen keys and lots of bits to assemble, and want an elliptical trainer for 150 pounds then this is your machine!
5.0 out of 5 stars Air walk trainer definitely a good buy
I wanted to add another exercise machine to my all ready 5 year old tread mill and exercise bike (both bought through Bolo) as I was becoming bored with my home workouts. So I thought this Air Walker would pep up my workouts and also it was such a reasonable price. I absolutely love it. It came promptly and was packaged so well, infact it was an aerobic workout trying to open the box!!. Although I was so glad it was to protect the product. Assembly was so easy as most of it was done. I didnt put the tummy pad on as I found that restrictive for my height I'm 5 foot 3. But I'm sure other people will find it useful. I do feel it is a good workout as I do half an hour morning and evening, and I'm puffed. I just put on some music and of I go.The handle bars went on easily and I did this myself. If you want to get in shape or want to maintain, this is such a fantastic option. The price is so good, as is the quality, it's also good for getting you're daily step count up.The exercise counter is handy and I wear my fit watch also and it shows I'm doing a decent workout. There is no pressure on you're joints and also it's a great upper body workout, especially the arms. It will tone you up it's an all over body work out. I'm so happy with it, its given me a new boost of exercise motivation. And that can only be a positive .
4.0 out of 5 stars Easy Sunny Air walker
Easy to assemble, and operate. All tools required are supplied. Very easy to use. A tensioner to adjust ease or difficulty would be useful. Otherwise, doesn't take up much floor space, about. 0.5m square (2'6"×2')1.5 m (about 4') high, feet are easy to fold and yet sturdy when in use. A trip meter (supplied with an aa battery) which records time of use and how many repetitions. And records Calories burnt. The chest/ Tummy rest is a usefull part of the machine, I tense myself against it while exercising, I expect it could also be used with tummy rest removed? But I haven't tried that.Removing It would probably allow more forward leg movement.?The ends of the feet rotate, at each end of the bar to allow stability on an uneven floor. ( you would need to adjust these yourself) Nice grey metallic paint finish. Pedals can be locked in place, or left ready for use. The locking pin has a storage slot in the top of the tummy rest ( very handy) So for an easy non invasive workout, indoors ( or you can go at it like a loony) I would highly recommend this apparently sturdy and good looking compact exerciser.I could use it outside, but if left out in the rain it would quickly rust. Might be OK under a covered area if you have one, although I would try and cover it with an oversize bin liner or something like that and hold it on with a bungee cord when not in use.
5.0 out of 5 stars Absolutely great!
I'm really impressed with this. It was really easy to assemble as most of it was already done. You do have to look for the clock in the packaging and I could have easily missed it, but I love it. I'm 5'3" and needed something low impact and also to get back into exercise. I am not that good at keeping anything up. I've only used this for a week but I think it's great to do a longer session or short sessions. It's really quiet too, which is lovely. The one thing I would say is that I am a size 5 and my feet fit comfortably on the pedals but I think if you are bigger than a size 6 your feet would be over the pedals at the back. I'm not sure if that's a problem or not. I don't find the stride limiting for me. It is not like the other more expensive ones in that it is a bit risky pushing both feet forward at the same time. It will lift off the floor. I don't mind that it has no resistance levels as I believe you can make this an easy workout or hard depending on your pace and stride. Whether it helps me to lose weight remains to be seen. I am doing 2,000 steps/slides on it a day. I do get a bit hot (not excessive) but I think you would need to do a lot more to get up a sweat. Some people have said they find it repetitive and boring but I don't, it's no worse than a treadmill or rowing machine. I think I must like repetitive. Just put music on and slide to the beat. For the price it is worth it.

Excellent quality and Value
Ok I wanted to wait a few weeks before I gave an honest opinion. We’ll, I love love love this little machine! It’s nearly silent, easy to use but gets that heart rate up there. Finally an exercise I truly enjoy and do not dread. I can tell I’ve lost inches already! I can’t believe it’s down to $79 bucks now, I paid 89 for mine and was happy. It was simple to put together, very compact and easy to move around. I’m only 4’11” so the stride is more than enough for me. The little timer / step counter works great, just push & hold to clear for your next session.TIP I did not use the support bar it just gets in the way. If you lean forward a little you’ll feel more in the back of your legs & butt. Do a slight bend in your knees and a slight lean back and WOW you can feel it in your Abs!I can’t say enough about this mighty little glider. Thanks Sunny Health for helping me get back into to exercising again!
Great little exerciser, so far.
Only had it a couple of days but so far I'm happy with it for the price. It is very easy to assemble being 99% already done on arrival. I wanted something light and simple to increase my heart health, have bad knees so needed low impact.Love walking outside but between northern Canadian winters and my dog being older and slower this gives a bit of a boost...10 mins burned 96 calories according to the monitor...I like that you can choose to go slow with small strides or faster and kick it up a bit, though it did wobble a bit when going faster, not enough to be concerned about it falling over and no doubt due to it's small footprint which I love having little room for exercise equipment. It feels fairly solid to me so I'm hoping it lasts a few years at least (some say the pedals break but I'm wondering if they are pushing the weight limit). If it breaks I will revisit this review however right now I am happy...
Excellent Space Saver Elliptical - Hint for Assembling Tension arm
Very happy with this elliptical - it's whisper quiet and takes up very little room. The stride length is perfect for me (5' 5") and my husband (5'9") and I don't have numb toes that sometimes happen on ellipticals when the petal is angled. We use it daily and have been very happy with the stability and quietness. When I assembled it I added extra white grease to the main pivot points, and plan to grease these again about every 3 months. I'd suggest keeping the tool kit handy for the first week to check the tightness of any nuts.Yep, the tension arm was tricky - there is a nut that I point to in this diagram that may need to be threaded down further on the lower piece in order to be able to clip in the tension wire.Update - now almost 6 months old and put on over 1800 miles - works great! I use it daily (50 min, about 11 miles) and it's so quiet and smooth.
