Ok, so your reading this review which implies that you probably have some sort of digestive problem. Maybe IBS or something else and your quite keen to find a solution to it.I myself have suffered IBS for several years and even went to see the doc who couldn't do anything. If you have had IBS then you will no doubt kwon how distressing it can be at times. Now having done my own re search it appears that the problems arise by having less of the digestive enzymes in the stomach thus leading to undigested food in the upper colon, which then ferments and produces gas, flatulence, or what ever you would lie to call it. Some experts call it "smelly farts". The other problem is the yeast bacteria in the lower colon, this is the same yeast used in baking and brewing. If you have this you will know about it.So one solution to the problem is start taking pro biotic bacteria and digestive enzymes as a supplement. You can get these pro biotics in tablet form but they cost a fortune (about £10 for 30 days supply) and they only contain a few million pro biotic's. You could try the drinks such as Yakult, these are about £3 for about a weeks supply, thus about £12 for a months supply. You only get a few million pro biotic's in each bottle and it's basically just liquid yogurt.Option 3 is these pro biotic capsules. Less than £10 for 90 days supply. And you get about 2 billion pro biotic in each capsule. So that's just over £3 a month. Having recently started a course of these digestive enzymes and pro biotics I have to admit that I have noticed a slight improvement in my condition.Bowel irritability has certainly decreased, as has the flatulence, still there but not so smelly. So that suggests that there is less fermentation going on.Bowel movements are more comfortable and less visits to the loo. And indeed I have slept well at night, as I have not had to get up so often during the night to go to the loo.So do I recommend these to you?. At the moment the cost of these supplements is about £20 a month, and to be truthful it is not for me to tell you what to buy or indeed how to spend your money. What you need to decide is how bad are your symptoms and are you prepared to spend about £20 a month dealing with them.Personally I think it's well worth the £20 a month as my condition has improved.

If your suffering from alot of gas as mentioned in another review then you might have Yeast in your stomach or bowels like I do. This can get into your blood streams n cause a whole host of problems fatigue aches and pains. On top of taking these tablets try a detox of cutting out wheat Yeast gluten and dairy out of your diet also no mushrooms or tomatoes and you will feel a huge difference cut sugar out too as the fungal and sugar products enable the Yeast overgrowth

Exactly as described, though don't expect this item to arrive quickly. Quest products are amongst the best in the healthcare industry, so worth the extra wait. Good price for a top notch product. Only thing that stopped me giving the seller 5 stars was the slow delivery time. although it certainly arrived within the time frame given.
