Natures Aid(r) Vitamin D3 contributes to the maintenance of normal bones, teeth and muscle function. Vitamin D also plays a role in the process of cell division, is helpful in the normal absorption and utilisation of calcium and phosphorus, and helps to maintain normal blood calcium levels. Furthermore, this key nutrient helps support normal immune function, and helps to reduce the risk of falling associated with postural instability and muscle weakness. Falling is a risk factor for bone fractures among men and women 60 years of age and older.
Suitable for vegetarians.

Microcrystalline Cellulose, Di-Calcium Phosphate, Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose, Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol), Anticaking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, Vegetable Source Magnesium Stearate).

Good value for money, optimal amount of Vitamin D and many tablets which are easy to digest and seemingly flavourless. Only thing is, the bottle comes only like 20 percent full which seems like a bit of a waste of space.

Sadly I am one of the people who cannot seem to take vitamin D3 in tablet form. I was feeling sick just an hour after taking it, and even though I tried to persevere I had to stop taking it after a few days, as the side effects did not die down. I had very bad nausea and diarrhoea. Going to have to eat lots of vitamin D enriched foods. The bottle was good value for money compared with some.
