Nelson Honey Classic 30+mg Manuka Honey is renowned for its distinct flavour and special aroma. It contains independently tested levels of methylglyoxal. The 30+ icon on the pack indicates a minimum of 30mg/kg of methylglyoxal (MG), the key marker that best demonstrates the quality and purity of genuine manuka honey. It is sourced from pure, clean and unpopulated natural environments in remote parts of the top of the South Island of New Zealand, free of pollution, chemicals and other contaminants. Manuka honey is collected by our honeybees from the Manuka flower. 30+mg is a maintenance grade honey for those with a weakened immune system and should be taken every day to help keep your immune system topped up. Methylglyoxal displays antimicrobial properties that can be related to the killing of bacteria. Comes in 250 g.

I bought this Manuka Honey for my sore throat, I have had ME / CFS since May 2016 so I have to be very careful as I now have a food & drink tolerance, I was quite nervous in consuming the honey, but I had nothing to worry about, as it didn't effect my condition at all, I found it's not to sweet as other honey's, I had a teaspoon in the morning & last thing at night & within 2 day's my sore throat had gone, I had no problems at all taking it, it's brilliant, I highly recommend it.

I bought this product as Manuka honey knowing its antibacterial and soothing properties but only when I came to review it did I realise the information contained within the reviews make for interesting reading. Firstly this honey is very nice - it’s very thick but not solid and it smells like honey!I’m not an expert in Manuka honey and possibly only used it once before many years ago. If you are looking for Manuka honey with the quantified beneficial properties it may be worth you reading the other reviews and on line info.What I have picked up is that the 30+ indicator whilst stating 30 MG may lead people to believe it’s similar to 30 UMF.A UMF20 will equate to a 829 MGO so the 30+mg here does not even appear on the UMF scale. Further reading has led me to information that 10-15 UMF (or 263-550 MGO) is known to be useful and 16+UMF is superior. Not all manufactures will belong to the associations but if you are wanting to be sure of the beneficial elements of the honey you are better to look out for the UMF or MGO ratings and read up about it. Of course the those honeys are more expensive. And there are other ratings too.I did enjoy this honey and I felt after using it whilst having a cold it was very soothing in my throat and down into my digestive system. I will continue to use this bottle and then later buy a higher rated product and perhaps come back in the months to come and comment if I thought there was a discernible difference. Some useful websites have been left by other reviewers about this product. A nice honey which deserves 4* for taste but for all the confusion on the label I give 3*.

🎋 Il miele di Manuka è un miele miracoloso che combatte infezioni e batteri. Ne basta un cucchiaio al giorno per diversi giorni per combattere il mal di gola, gola secca, infezioni ecc.. Lo consiglio insieme ad alcuni integratori come Magnesio, zinco e potassio.A volte ci sentiamo stanchi perchè il nostro corpo richiede alcuni minerali essenziali e vitamine. Bilanciare la propria dieta è essenziale per stare bene, idratarsi molto e riposarsi. Ho capito che riposare è un mattone importante per rilassarsi e ripristinare il proprio sistema nervoso. Anche la scrittura può aiutare in questo, a me ha cambiato la vita e ora scrivo ogni giorno per alleggerire la mia mente che accumula pensieri e preoccupazioni. Consiglio a tutti di leggere il libro andrà tutto bene te lo giuro di Faouzi Zouhair perchè a me ha aiutato a cambiare in meglio la mia vita. Sono più rilassato e ho un paio per guarire e vedere in positivo la vita. Gli integratori possono aiutare ma se siamo costantemente stressati non servono a nulla, per chi scrivere può aiutare a guarire anche dal passato e dai propri traumi.tornando a miele di Manuka spesa investita bene 🎋

Compro spessissimo questo prodotto, precedentemente la logistica della consegna era affidata direttamente da Bolo. invece in questa versione è stata gestita direttamente dal venditore. anche se la trasparenza sulla consegna è meno presente (non si riesce a tracciare il pacco con l'app di Bolo) ho contattato il venditore direttamente che professionalmente ha risposto e che ha seguito la consegna.Questa nuova modalità ha permesso di abbassare il prezzo: solitamente ne compravo 2 da 250 g, adesso, praticamente allo stesso prezzo ne ho comprato 2 da 500 g e con le stesse garanzie!ottimo, quindi....
