Despite my prior concerns about taste, I tried it (I got the lemon, lime flavor) and it's like a sweet bitter lemonade, as someone with PoTs it's extremely important I have LOTS of electrolytes so I drink at least 2l of this a day but usually around 4.I personally found it a little hard to resolve the powder at first but worked out if I "sprinkle" the powder on the surface of the water while stirring it dissolves almost instantly which is a massive positive. Even when I get a little bit of unmixed powder It just tastes like sherbert, so I'm really not bothered.My only improvement would be being able to get this in bigger tubs, as I know a lot of people with PoTs get electrolytes powder (especially ones that are good value like this) and need a lot more than the average consumer

Schmeckt gut und gibt beim Ausdauersport ein gutes Gefühl. Es ist nicht so süß wie andere. Es schmeckt auch nicht so künstlich sondern natürlich und ich habe ein gutes Durstlöschgefühl. Ich habe auch den Eindruck, dass man sich beim Ausdauersport nicht so schnell ausgelaugt fühlt. Ich habe sonst immer pures Wasser getrunken. Mit diesem Drink fühle ich mich tasächlich leistungsfähiger. Ich verwende allerdings die Dosierung etwas dünner. Ein drittel weniger wie empfohlen reicht vollkommen aus.
