5.0 out of 5 stars Fenugreek
Good quality
5.0 out of 5 stars This product is quite versatile both the seeds and the water can be used after soaking
I have previously used fenugreek powder in cooking but recently added this form. I usually soak a couple of teaspoons overnight in boiled water. I then add the soaked seeds to a stir fry etc and use the water to make tea, it’s nice added to herbal tea especially ginger and lemon.
4.0 out of 5 stars Rather bitter
I had no idea fenugreek could taste different brand to brand. I use fenugreek as a gut cleanser so have a heaped spoonful in my cereal. It is a spice, so you'd expect some spiciness, but this variety is much bitter than ones I've tried before. Not sure if I like it! I may reserve this for my curries rather than for my gut!
5.0 out of 5 stars Makes great tea
I soak over night in water and warm to make tea. Nice taste.Supposed to have health benefits.
5.0 out of 5 stars Supposed to treat Ascites
Tried these seeds left in water overnight then drained and water drank the next day. Supposedly this acts as a diuretic to combat ascites (excess water on the stomach) hoping it works!

Decent quality and freshnessI smelled like maple syrup after the first 4 days and I don’t know how to feel about that. It’s a neutral scent, not good or bad, but better than BO.
Heavenly! Excellent for sprouts, or ground for savoury or sweet dishes.
This is my 5th purchase of Rani products off Bolo, and I think I'll run out of superlatives before they run out of products. I'm glad to be incorporating more fenugreek into my diet for its taste and health benefits. I am using this product in several ways to great success: 1) sprouting the seeds. They make a great winter salad, and the germination rate seems to be near 100%. 2) ground in a coffee grinder for a ground spice that I use in regular cooking, but also sweet dishes too. 3) I'll add a tablespoon to a cup of milk I'm fermenting into kefir...the kefir loves the extra food, and the result is a nice thick kefir with a nutty flavour. 4) sometimes I'll freeze sweetened fenugreek kefir into 'ice cream', with other flavours like vanilla or chai. The kefir really 'softens' the fibre, and the fibre frustrates the formation of ice crystals, resulting in a creamier 'ice cream' (even though it's way lower in fat). It's just a great product, and amazingly economical in the 44oz size. I'm looking forward to planting some this summer and drying out my own kasoori methi (dried leaves) --can't make butter chicken without it! Thanks Rani! This old, white, Canadian guy will be exploring more of your products soon.
Good taste
I used this seed to make tea, nice flavor, good aperance and very tasty tea and increased my breastmilk production.
Fenugreek seeds
Fresh seeds, good product
Great
Great seeds. They take about two days to sprout in summer in ontario. Average fenugreek seed taste.Unfortunately an airbnb guest stole the bag. So i couldnt use the entire thing. But i would have loved to.
