I never write reviews but this product 100% needed one.I have been getting cold sores on my top lip for 15 years now and they are awful; big, painful, unsightly, swollen, crusted cold sores. I have tried everything; cream, prescribed pills, gel, home remedies. If a cold sore gets past the tingling phase I will be dealing with it for 10 to 14 days and nothing but time makes a difference.Well now that's all changed.....I ordered this on a whim and based off previous reviews but I have to say I was sceptical. On Christmas day I woke up with a formed cold sore I was devastated, such bas timing with all the social events. I thought I'd give the bio-propolis a go. My god, it's unbelievable. Today is now 29th and it has almost totally gone. It swelled a little and did blister a little but it wasn't hardly painful at all with the gel on it and it defo reduced the swelling. I am left with a small slightly pinky patch but nothing like what I would normally get. The best thing is the sore doesn't get chances to split and crack which causes the scarring and long healing time.I wish I'd known about this 15 years ago. I've ordered 2 more to ensure I have one handy at all times.

Being a long time sufferer of cold sores, I've tried every cream, supplement, light device, patch and home remedy that exists.Bio Propolis is the only product I've tried that makes a real difference. It really stops the cold sore from becoming that horrible swollen, really visible ugly blister. Used regularly, it cuts down the healing time by a good few days. It's soothing and invisible (it's practically clear so just looks like you've put on lip gloss).I won't be without it now, I have a tube in every bag.I recommend to everyone who suffers with cold sores.

Whenever I have a cold sore this is my go to.It simply works and quickly.The first time I used it I put it all over my lips thinking that like the old discontinued Blistese (😭😭) it would soften my lips. Big mistake- it dried all my lips 🤣🤣Just put this directly on the cold sore ONLY and it will be gone in no time!It has never failed me in years . Thank you bees for my clear 👄!

Great for a cold sore if you've not managed to take lycine tablets as or zovirax. Once the sore has scanned this cream is the best of all I've tried and the best price per gram. Just a pity it's still a small tube.

Having suffered all my life with cold-sores it has been a challenge to find anything to treat them with which actually makes a difference - this is by far the best cream that I have ever used.Having applied it straightaway, the severity and duration of infection has been very much reduced, as has the pain suffered. All-in-all I would recommend this product 100%.

This is a miracle product! I wish I'd found it sooner and not suffered so long. It is far better than any other coldsore cream on the market and cannot give this product more praise.Once I put it on I forget I even have a coldsore. It doesn't dry the lips out and leave you with cracked lips at the end of it. It treats and heals the sore so efficiently from whatever stage you started treating it that your lips never swell, get enormous painful blisters or scab. It feels and looks like applying vaseline or a lip balm so you can wear it anywhere at any time and is very subtle.This is the only treatment that actually works and I'm shocked that the main product on the market still exists and isn't this one!

I'm a massive cynic and like to avoid using anything health related unless there's some reputable evidence for its effectiveness. However, this is one of the only products which I have found to have any effect on my cold sores and I've tried quite a few different things. Having heavily tested both this and the standard acyclovir creams over the last 2 years I have found this to be by far the superior product. Whilst this is only anecdotal evidence there seems to be a hell of a lot of good reports back about the propolis treatment for cold sores and I'm glad I gave it a chance. This also lasts much longer than the acyclovir creams and is more pleasant to apply.
Doesn't dry it out, but it is antiviral.
Propolis is a known anti-viral, so I found this product extremely helpful to help prevent coldsores from coming up or worsening before the skin was broken. This is the only ointment I have personally found useful, which is saying a lot since I'm immune compromised.... (Abbreva does not work for me).It comes in a very tiny tube, which is okay because a little seems to go a long way to keeping "the tingle" from becoming a sore.(If you already have a huge open coldsore, patting goldenseal power on it to further dry out the sore is good).
This is the best stuff.
This isn't available in the states and hard to find online so when I find it I get about 4 tubes and it lasts us about 2 years. Shipping takes a little longer and costs more, but it's worth every penny. Shipping this time was super fast. If you get cold sores or fever blisters this is the best stuff.

it keep cold sore moist but I did not see any quickness in healing

I bought this as a backup to some "name" brands just to expand my inventory and... I have to say. I actually think that it works. I came close to a breakout (I follow the patterns) and I had this stuff lying around so I decided to use it and... nothing happened to my lips! I am just overjoyed at the moment! Will update with more info as time goes on.
