When I ordered this product, I ordered two trays however on opening the packaging I found I’d only received one tray. Initially I thought oh no, this is gonna be aggravation, but that turned out not to be the case . When I contacted the seller and reported that the order was short, they quickly responded to me and supplied me with the other tray within a couple of days, I couldn’t ask for the problem to be resolved more quickly. I use the trays when eating food away from the table. They’re large enough to put on your lap and hold the plate securely. Overall, I am very happy with the product.

This is the second one of these I’ve bought as they are so useful. The rubberised, textured finish prevents any slipping or wobbling of cups or even stemmed wineglasses. This is a bigger size than the first one and ample for teapot, a few cups and a small plate. Great for moving over uneven surfaces, or hands that have less grip, perhaps through arthritis.

The non-slip surface is very difficult to keep clean. You cannot wipe it, but it has to be put under the tap and a brush used to remove spilt salt, for example. If you turn the tray upside down and tap it, the salt or whatever doesn`t come off. Therefore the tray tends to look messy even if I`ve tried to clean it. This is a shame!

I bought this after my mother had a spill with her old tray. I kept the small, round version of this tray which is great, but this larger one was just too heavy for her - and actually a bit too heavy for me too to use comfortably.
