Stops the pizza dough sticking to the peel nicely.

    Excellent for making pizzas. Just put a small pile of this on worktop and toss the pizza dough ball and stretch on. Sprinkle a handful of the coarse granules on your pizza peel before putting the stretched pizza base on and your pizza should slide easily into your pizza oven.

    Useful for making semolina pudding, as a thickener or in baking etc. The coarser milling gives a slightly different final texture to whatever is made. We are pleased with the semolina, with the service, and with the price.

    I bought this because my whole area has ant problems. I've lived in my house almost 8 years and ant bait traps, vinegar and chemical powders haven't made a dent on the swarming hordes.But, apparently ants take the semolina to their queen, it swells in their stomach and the problem is solved - it's not pretty to think about, but after summers full of ants trooping in and out through gaps I couldn't find, and my lawn becoming uneven no matter what I do - I needed something.This seemed to work for me, and had the benefit of not having chemicals, so I didn't need to worry about my dog or the neighbours' cats.I sprinkled a small pile in my house directly in the route of the ants, and this has been the first year where I've not been affected by flying ant day! Plus, it didn't smell interesting enough to be eaten by the dog!
