Add It To The Skin Of A Roast Chicken To Make It Deliciously Crunchy. Natco Rice Flour Is Finely Milled And Can Be Used For Idlis, Dosas And Is Especially Useful For Baking Indian Puddings And Biscuits.

I bought this for baking sourdough, it's lovely and fine and doesn't go hard and lumpy when baking on top of your loaf. Very good value for the amount received, this is not the same as sweet or glutinous rice flour commonly used to make Japanese/Korean sweets. A good flour, will purchase again.
