This is a huge economy pack, much cheaper than getting a spice jar (obvs). The quality is good, the seeds are fragrant and make a good herbal tea.

Bought for cooking and sprouting, great results with both. Very nice flavour when added to curries. I tried sprouting them as seeds and got very good germination and the flavour of the seedlings is very nice when mixed with other types

These are little bullets, you will break your teeth if you try to eat them. I soak mine, a tea spoon full in hot/ boiling water for 10 mins, drain it and drink. It makes a yellow water that smells and tastes like celery.I take it to lower my blood sugar and it is also a mild appetite suppressant, I have notice I snack less since I have been taking them.

I bought this product to help improve my breast milk supply, as I had seen it in several posts and it was a constant ingredient in many lactation teas and cookies.Unfortunately, I could not use it long enough to see any benefits because it made me smell constantly like spices and not in a good way.It was excreted in virtually every body fluid - sweat, urine; and I could even smell it on my skin.I tried to ignore it but couldn't, as I perceive smells very easily. This made me need to have a bath twice a day and use perfumes to mask the smell of the fenugreek. Even after stopping the fenugreek, it took about 3 days before I stopped smelling like it.I used the seeds to make tea only twice. The taste was not too bad, though I added some slices of lemon to mine to give it a bit of character.Summarily, while some people swear by Fenugreek to boost breastmilk production, I could not use it long enough to tell if it actually works due to above reasons.
