Tablet are tiny and nice taste slight cherry flovour without tones of sugar😄 and doesn't stick to tongue although l chew them usually😃 and no bad or bitter taste after taking them. I think when l take 2 tablet it works better for me. I am very happy with this brand of B12. Also they are good value if you compare to other brands.

The picture of the hand with the B12 tablet is misleading because these are very pink and cherry flavor and you are supposed to put the tablet under the tongue to dissolve ,also you can take more than one if you are deficient the body only absorbs what it needs and what it does not need you wee out .These are the only B12,s i prefer they have a nice taste
