Natures Aid Digestive Enzyme Complex contains Amylase, Protease, Lipase, Lactase & Cellulose plus Betaine HCl. Digestive Enzymes are usually produced in the digestive system and are responsible for the breakdown of the food we eat. Age and illness can negatively affect the production of digestive enzymes, so using a digestive enzyme supplement could be helpful.
Directions for use: Take 1-2 tablets per day at mealtimes. Do not exceed the recommended intake.

I’ve struggled with digestion issues for about 3 years now - pain, bloating and malabsorption. All very unpleasant! I’ve literally tried everything. Think we’re all guilty of buying supplements and then never finishing the pack because you don’t notice any results.. These however, are a game changer. As I’m getting older, I don’t know why I struggle to pass bowel movements like I used too. I also love white carbs and that probably dosent help. If I take one of these before bed, it’s like clock work the next morning. And if I take one in the morning, about half hour after my next meal I’ll be able to. Highly recommend if you have digestion issues and struggle in that sense.

Together with a supplement its amazing. Before when i took the supplement it really irritated my stomach. Now with the digestive enzymes i can take it. I know not everything suits everyone but im really pleazed with this and it was a better price than many other similar products.I never heard of them before the manufacturer of my supplements recommended them.I just take 1 with 1 supp capsule with food once a day. I tried taking with evening meal but found it a bit acidic late at night.Thanks everyone!

Slow and very weak digestion due to meno. I now have smaller meals, more protein, eat more acidic foods and ferments, particularly kimchi. This supplement helps greatly along with the diet adjustments. I grind the tablet/s quickly with a little pestle and mortar and mix with a little spoon of something gloopy and a little acidic (such as gravy, mayo, choc mousse or lemon curd) to make them easy to swallow (as otherwise they are too dry for the throat.)

après quelques jours je me sent moins ballonné avec une meilleur digestion et plus aucun reflux.point positif : fais le job je me sent beaucoup mieux moins fatigué je digère mieux et semble agir sur le transit.point négatif : pour le moment RASconclusion : je conseille fortement ces enzymes.
