    I read that millia removal needs the skin to be broken in order for the hard white lump to be removed. Pins and needles did not do the trick for me and I was very wary of using them around my eyes. This product has a short sharp spike. Th instruction leaflet is printed in pale grey and I did not read it properly. I found the best technique for me personally was to insert the spike parallel to the skin over the spot and bring it out again a tiny bit further. I then pulled hard to break the skin open to allow the white lump to be forced out. I found this less painful than scrape, scraping over the skin in order to break it. I really wish I had discovered this product years ago as I have been self conscious of a large millia on my face. There was minimal skin damage and just a little swelling. The following day you would not have known the white spot had ever been there.

    I have milia around my eyes and growing up my mother always had remove them when they grew bigger. She would use a needle and couldn’t get the small ones. Now we’re older and her eyesight is going, so I’ve had to leave them for years until I came across this product. Had no idea it existed and I’m so grateful I’ve found it. It’s totally worth the money.The only thing I would say is that you can’t just pierce the skin with one end of the item and then remove the milia with the other end. It just doesn’t work for me. The only thing that works is a tip another reviewer left - which is piercing the skin and going underneath the milia, and sort of pushing the white part out with the lancet. Yeah it breaks the skin but it’s a little bit and heals quick and still looks better than when the milia was there.Loses a star purely because I never use the other side of the lancet anymore and removing the milia the recommended way doesn’t work for some people like me.

    Just what I needed, I used it to remove a couple of stubborn Milia which weren’t going on their own, super sharp and effective, wish I’d bought it earlier. Left a couple of little scratches that disappeared in a few days! Saved me £50 removal fee by a professional!

    I can't give it zero as at least the lance end works, but that is all you are paying for. The cup shape does nothing at all but cause redness if you try to apply too much pressure. Such a disappointment as I was hoping to finally find somethings that helps with the tiny whiteheads I am plagued with on my chin. Can not comment on how it works with blackheads but It says it copes with whiteheads however it really does nothing of the sort. Complete waste of money.

    Doesn't come adequately protected - comes in a thin flimsy sleeve and the pointed end is extremely sharp. Good product but needs to be handled carefully when unpacked and stored.

L'ago non flette sotto sforzo.L'ho asciugato e ho riposto l'attrezzo nella sua custodia con il suo cappuccio in gommaAl secondo utilizzo (1 mese dopo) ho notato 1 macchia di corrosione e la cosa mi ha preoccupato.
