    I’ve tried many probiotics and they’ve always given me awful reactions - bloating, anxiety and more. These are a game changer, within 48 hours I felt better and my digestion and energy levels had massively improved. I’d recommend anyone to give them a go.

    I have been taking these on and off for approx two years and consistently for about 5 months now. They have made a huge improvement to my gut health and I feel generally much better for taking them. They are expensive when you consider you have to take six capsules for 2/3 months at first (meaning a pot of 60 only lasts 10 days!!!!) However I think they are well worth the money and I shall continue to take them.

    Wouldn't be without this now - one every morning with water before eating any foods. Years of taking antibiotics for throat problems and various Pharma products for IBS etc. I am totally convinced now that this product has boosted by immune system and protects my IBS gut when I eat wheat or gluten by mistake (or when out at friends for dinner). Other family members have notice a difference in me physically and mentally to as I am not constantly bloated and in pain after eating. Happier bunny with no trips to the doctors in 2 years for IBS or Antibiotics :-)I would almost go so far as to say that everybody who is suffering from a suppressed immune system should be given these and do away with Antibiotics which a rapidly becoming ineffective.

    Incredible change from the first day I started these. I have had gut disbyosis for a few years and have been doing everything to heal my gut and I was looking for a new pro biotic to continue on my path to better health and digestion. I would advise to start low, as per the recommendations on the packaging. I started to high and sent my adrenals in to over drive. These help me to be more regular and the decreased the bloating a lot. I have used several probiotics and very few have had the effect that these have. I like to change around and will use Chris Kressers in a month or two. Nothing like a bit of variety.
