With these you get about 5 months supply.Just wish I found these a long time ago I've always used normal floss . But these are brilliant one end is a tooth pick other end is a flossing bow . Unlike floss you don't have to try and get your fingers in your mouth with these just hold the stick 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍Will be using these from now on

Prefer string floss as that cleans between your teeth better and the floss on this is thin enough to snap through into the gaps of the middle section of teeth but not molars and it will not under gumline. It has a tongue scraper and tooth pick on each floss pick, the tongue scraper is sharp so be gentle when cleaning your tongue to avoid damaging tissue.

I'm generally happy with these picks and will continue to use them.I've found other picks' cradles aren't deep enough to reach all the way down to my gums, whereas the floss on these is an adequate distance to allow for a deep clean.I've never been much of a tongue scraper, but have found myself using the scraper function on these picks more and more, and must admit there do add to an overall feeling of having given my mouth a thorough clean.95% of the floss doesn't fray or break, but occasionally they do.
Finally flossing every day
These things are honestly a game changer for me. I was always the person to lie to the dentist about flossing, because strangling your fingers with floss and trying to fit both hands in your mouth while the floss comes apart between your teeth was just never going to be a part of my nightly routine. But these things remove any friction from the process, they’re as easy to pick up as a toothpick.The floss is also good quality and truly doesn’t fray in my experience, and you can certainly use them more than once. If you’ve never used one of these, and you struggle to floss regularly like I did, these will make all the difference in the world.
