Always lube up never go in dry when using your polisher mop. this is good stuff gives you peace of mind you don't want to burn your paint i am no pro detailer just confident to go in and try orbital polishers. worked well for me was black car too nothing more challenging.

If you’re using a particularly dusty compound then this compound might be helpful. To be honest, though, the compounds available to consumers tend to be really user friendly anyway and not require extra lubrication.Make sure you use the mist setting and not the spray setting. I found one mist, maximum two, occasionally on a dry pad was more than enough.You’ll need to experiment since compounds and polishes are all different - you don’t want to dilute the product you’re using with pad conditioner. In my experience it worked best with the heavier cut compounds (used sparingly)Going forward I’ll probably prime a clean and dry pad with this rather than priming it with extra compound/polish.If you’re on a budget I’d just use water instead and put the money towards another pad.
