gegen Akne und Pickel
Ich mach damit Kuren, 2 am Tag die ganze Dose bis leer ist. Es reduziert die Talgbildung der Haut, dadurch kriegt man weniger Pickel bis garkeine mehr. Auch wenn man Akne hätte, wäre das eine adequate unterstützende Selbstbehandlung. Das Zeug ist halt sehr teuer, von anderen Herstellern auch. Als Pulver könnte man etwas sparen und ggf selber kapseln, aber wenns in Kapsel fertig im Angebot ist is doch einwandfrei. Hab gute Erfahrung damit gemacht. Gibt ja auch weitere Wirkungen speziell dieses einen Vitamins, kann man nachlesen, für mich war die Hautnummer das wichtigste.
