    Io ne prendo una capsula al mattino, mentre alla sera vado con 1000mg di vit. C in formula acido ascorbico e mi trovo bene. Soddisfatta della mia pelle, assorbo bene il ferro (sono anemica) e non prendo raffreddori da una vita.

    Ich bin leider auf die Artikelbeschreibung reingefallen. Die Kapseln haben nicht 500 mg Ascorbyl Palmitat, sondern nur 200 mg. Der Rest sind meinerseits unerwünschter Füllstoff und Trennmittel.
