    • MONIN Green Apple Syrup has a nose of freshly picked Granny Smith Apples, with a sweet, yet crisp and slightly tart finish. Apples are a member of the rose family, and archaeologists discovered people have been eating them since 6,500BC. Their sizes range from little larger than a cherry tomato, to as large as a grapefruit. Use MONIN Green Apple Syrup to add a delicious, fruity note to lemonades and sodas, frappes, cocktails and mocktails.

    This is delicious with ice, wedge of lime/lemon or tonic but with vodka or gin it’s outstanding. I really like all of Monin’s syrups as they’re not watery but quite thick and a little - 1tsp - is enough for a tall glass. Perfect all year round with a delicate but unmistakable taste of slightly sour apples and a light green tint. Highly recommended

    Sweet apple syrup, you only need a dash to get the strong apple flavour, so this big bottle will last a while! Great for appletinis or homemade apple soda. As mentioned in other reviews this is a sweet apple syrup, not a sour one. For a tangy apple flavour mix with lemon juice or tonic water!

    This does taste of green apples but the flavour isn't that strong so to get a good flavour you need to use so much it makes the resulting drink sickly sweet.
