I am old school, I like tins - I have been avoiding sillicone bakeware for a while now, but I wanted something brightly coloured as a gift my grand daughter who is just starting to get interested in baking. These are so good, I bought myself a set! These are much better value when you see them in your hand - well made, and a really really decent size! I thought they would be small, but they are huge! I have used the loaf mould twice - once for bread and yesterday for sausage stuffing. Worked very well, no marks, and cleaned perfectly, good as new. I put it in the dishwasher and it was perfectly fine. Really pleased.

Since trying a silicone baking tray, we no longer want to use the old metal ones. They do not need grease or butter, and do not stick to anything. They withstand all temperatures we have tried and can be handled much sooner out of the oven. They are dishwasher safe and much easier to clean. (Remember not to cut things inside them - turn them out first).The only problem we have is finding trays as large as the metal ones which we replace. This set includes the two largest silicone baking trays we have been able to find.The two round ones are: 235 mm diameter 55 mm depth.The rectangular one is: 230 mm long 95 mm wide 55 mm depth.They are great for pies, cakes, crumbles, etc.

I have never used scilicone bakeware before, to be honest, until now I have always felt somewhat frightened of baking, it's the science that gets me, I don't understand it so when I make a mistake I don't understand what went wrong! However I am getting over my fear, which requires kit! I wanted something inexpensive to add to my now growing kit, this set fit the bill.... I have only used the cupcake/muffin moulds so far, and made a bit of a mess, batter was sloshed all over the moulds, and dried on during the baking process, I have to say the clean up was not something I relished the thought of, the cupcakes just popped out of the moulds, which I then stuck in hot water and wiped all clean no hassel, I think it took me maybe two minutes to clean 24 moulds... (I'd been given 12 as a gift at christmas) definitely recommend these to anyone!

Does what is says on the tin. Just a bit flimsy and way too big. The round tin should come in a intermediate size instead of 2 of the same.On the plus side allows for healthy cakes and saving time greasing the tin. Downside: a bit difficult to wash.

Bought for my niece for a Christmas present, she's mad about 'Bake Off' and Mary Berry. Having received her cook-book for Christmas, having this as an additional aid means she's going to be the queen of the baking in her halls at University!The set is essential for any keen baker and comes with everything you need. It is well made and great value for money and makes for an excellent gift. Sometimes gift like this can look to be quantity over quality, but with this set that is simply not the case.As with any molds like these, you should grease them before putting any cake mixture into them, but then you will have reusable, sustainable baking cases that will last the test of time.
