Great value, frankly expected the item to be too small, given the low price. It's exactly right if you want to dismantle wooden fencing, pallets etc. or want to make kindling. The square back edge is not for hammering, it is for being hammered. Means it can be driven through tough bits.Turns up quite blunt, but that's to be expected since its purpose is to split wood, not to necessarily cut it. I've put an edge on mine because I have a broader purpose for it, which wasn't difficult.Very pleased, especially at the price 👍

Bought this to use for chopping kindling wood. It's a really useful tool, a nice size and weight, the hammer head on the opposite side of the axe head is great for helping split lager logs and the axe was a really low price. I expected it to be far less robust than it actually is. Only downside is that it was a bit blunt when it arrived but that is easily fixed.

A useful little tool for splitting pallets, that said, the edge wasn't heat treated and needs sharpening every 5 minutes.Also, the handle is very thin, making wielding it a difficult task.When I bought mine, it was £5 and so couldn't grumble. But at nearly £10, there are better cheap hatches really.A great idea, poorly executed

The weight and size is good came blunt sadly so off to the sharpening stone!! Other than that the only point is no sheath which is a pity so that's a project to think about other than that? It looks like the perfect axe to take camping

Acquistata per fare dei lavoretti in muratura. L'ascia è piccolina (max 35 cm.) E' un uncio pezzo di acciaio solido, ben robusto e pesante circa 1 kg., anche se con le rifiniture grossolane. La Lama dell'accetta non è ben affilata, ma si può sempre ovviare a questo. Lo strumento include accetta, martello, tira chiodi e piede di porco. il manico è di gomma con una buonissima grip. A questo prezzo è davvero ottimo.
