    I have only had this stapler one year but not used it very much, using it today a spring fell out and it will not work now. This was an expensive item which makes me angry. I expected better quality.

    The Swingline Easy Touch heavy duty stapler is very reliable and easy to use. I had a previous one that lasted for years and years. It's helpful that they include a small box of heavy duty staples to use with the stapler.
