Got this to help with a friend who has insomnia and because I'd been having troubles sleeping lately. Just a little splash into hot chocolate or warmed milk and it works. Cozy up with a warm mug in your hands, the scent of lavender wafting lazily around your head, just what you need to unwind that little bit and begin to relax... On taste, there's a little subtle tint to the hot chocolate if you put in a big splash, but it's more the aroma you get from the drink. There's much more smell than taste, so a teaspoon mixed in won't taste of much but will add that lovely aroma to a steaming mug. Don't expect it to work miracles alone, but when added to a relaxing bedtime routine it will definitely improve the overall effectiveness of everything combined.Asked my friend for comment and all she said was, "zzZZZ..."

You only need the tiniest bit for a hint of lavender flavour. We bought it to make honey lavender lattes at home (as we had them everywhere in America) and this allows us to recreate the flavour. I imagine it would be great in cocktails or dessert’s too. It will last a very very long time!

I am retired nurse so would like to say ALL our mouths differ in style size and social graces. We all taste so very differently, our taste buds giving and taking dependant on the flavour we offer for their delectation. I read a lady needed a lot of the syrup to get the right flavour.............i needed less that 10mls in 200mls of sparkling water and for me this bottle is a bargain. It is smooth and fragrant making me feel im back in france. The price at first made me hesitant but now i see ive made a good buy. Lovely bottle, big size. I think ill try other fragrances now.
