Love the flavour first try, sticky sweet, spicy yet not overwhelming. Good for beginners,ceasy to use, great colour might linger on plastic ☺️happily purchase again as am experimenting first time. Addictive only drawback, lid doesn't want to stay on! Highly recommend 🌟

Mix a big dollop of this with some honey, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and a bit of water till you the consistency you like (always go light on the water if you want a lot of flavour), and you'll have something you will want to eat every day. Measurements are not really important - more paste than anything, then use the sesame oil, vinegar, and honey to taste (i like it sweeter, personally) - and you need the vinegar or it doesn't taste right (in my opinion).To be clear - this is just one way to use it - this is just my favourite way.It's hot but not firey, more like you have a full-on tingle in your mouth after you've eaten a bit, but the taste is lovely. Works best (for me) with rice or noodle, lightly cooked veg, all tossed in together....i could eat it every day.Amazing stuff, I'll keep buying it as long as it's available.
