Have Congenital and this has helped me with energy levels throughout the day. Others have mentioned sleeplessness or even complications when taking this, but I'm pretty sure it's the same for any supplement.WE DON'T ALL HAVE THE SAME DAMN BODY.Start off taking one, then scale to four. This will help you guage how your body reacts to excess energy. For sleeplessness, I think it's the same. 4 tabs will take me through the entire day if I take them in the morning, but I can feel the boost fading around 20:00 (which is normal) and I work until 00:00 so I take my 4 around 13:00. If you're going to bed at 21:00 and pop 4 of them @15:00, then sleeplessness is your fault, not the products. If you pop 4 @09:00 and can't fall asleep @23:00, that's weird. It doesn't sit in your body forever, it is literally being used up the second your body metabolizes it, so figure out what else is going on that could cause sleeplessness.

I am not inclined generally to write reviews however I stumbled across this product and can say after 3 mths it has remained a life changing supplement to support my cfs symptoms. I have seen specialists and had a multitude of tests etc and was advised to take separate CQ10, Carnitine, RIbose (brilliant on its own) & Magesium as the cornerstones of supplements to help. These all help but this product is a blend of these and many other ingredients (interestingly creatine which seems to help) and it allows me to have far greater energy esp. mental energy at work. I literally rely on this to get me through the week and do not dip into the energy valley of despair as easily as before.Almost all cfs sufferers will scan the internet for inspiration so I thought if perhaps 1 person tries this it may help their recovery and coping. I guess the warning is that cfs has many guises so it helps me and may not help others.........The price is very good indeed on Bolo, delivery is slow so I factor this in and reorder in good time to eliminate any chance of running out (it is also far cheaper than you can spend on many other supplements)Steve

This made me extremely ill, got dizzy with massive headaches and nausea. I couldn't walk straight. Complained and told them that this has turned my health and well-being upside down and the fact that the package was sent to a different address and still did NOT get a refund. Awful product, please DO NOT BUY OR YOU'D BE SICK for weeks. It was really scary, my children were terrified seeing me unable to even walk straight. Went to doctor twice, have evidence that it nearly killed me. I stopped taking them and all the sid effects disappeared.Costumer service was awful too, did not refund, communication really poor and showed that they really didn't care that I'd paid a lot of money and on top of that I was SERIOUSLY ILL FOR TWO WEEKS USIG THESE TABLETS.PLEASE STAY WELL AWAY IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH.

Excellent product I was able to increase dose no side effects and felt alert, no stomach or sleep issues.I started with 2 caps and was quickly able to dose higher no issues after 1 month +Its packed with other suppliments witch I have taken for over 2 yrs now.I find it works very well with True Niagen witch I take everyday for 2 yrs (I don't endorse only share results).There are many ways to increase your midacondria and recommend learning how to do so.Also tolerated well with high dose Resveratrol I have used many brands. Again I have favorites but don't endorse any.I have been trying to fight cancer and liver disease and I only know how I've been impacted.These suppliments in my opinion - are worth it compared to traditional methods.I have a new lease on life with energy and clarity and I wouldn't share if it wasn't 100%.I have created many of my own issues / i am now finding away back from some of them.** I suggest that you consult your health care provider**I don't have one so I read as much as I can and network as much as I can.My health is upto me. I try to be mindful of what I eat and take and my body responds accordingly.I have a saying that simplifys this (it's not what you take - its what you take in).Everything matters when it comes to your health I wish I had embraced this much sooner.Be well chose life!!!
Great Product
This supplement has been a game changer for me. I deal with many health issues and am very sensitive. This product really helped my fatigue. Don't nap during the day anymore or feel like I need to. I had no side effects what so ever, though I take half dose, 1 cap in am 1 cap in the afternoon. I will say that I no longer order this product from Bolo since they do not have temperature controlled storage. My practitioner told me this is an issue with Bolo and certain supplements where it really matters.My first bottle I ordered from Bolo, and there were a few dark spots in some of the capsules. I was going on vacation and it was very hot a lot of the time travelling by car, plane etc. As time went on more and more black spots appeared so I know it was heat related. All my subsequent bottles (that haven't been from Bolo) arrived and there were no dark spots in the capsules and they never appeared as time went on.
