Directions

My teen hates Vitimins but decided to try capsules to be fair the smell wasn’t great but most vits that contain iron smell like that however my child’s been on these for over a month and have never been so well do would recommend . There energy concentration and health has all improved

Size is important when it comes to swallowing vitamins compared to a well known brand these are half the size 😁 easy to take just remember to eat breakfast before hand or take just before bed . Must say they have improved my overall feeling of well being . Great price particularly in comparison.

It's hard to review multivitamins as you have to trust they are as they say. The price is really good, and they contain pretty much everything I was looking for. They're a reasonable size though, and lose a star for the smell (and taste if you don't get it down immediately). They smell absolutely vile, I can't even compare it to anything. Will use them up, but wouldn't purchase again for that reason.

Cured my fatigue on first dose.I have severe fatigue and eat plenty of fruit, eat a healthy balanced diet but taking one tabley seemed to cure my fatigue across a few hours.I should of done a blood test. Perhaps this is coincedental but my scalp also doesn't feel as itchy and white hairs have slowed down.Big tablets which make sense as there are 22 vitamins/minerals inside so they have to pack it all in there. The scent is strong but I quite like it.Solid all around 10/10, will update review if any other ailements seemingly correct themselves.

The contents of these are amazing, they always help improve my day and give me an extra little boost. I take them daily and have never had any issues. However the smell of the tablets may deter some people from being able to take them as they do take some time to get used to. If you're someone who thinks they could get past that then I could not reccomend getting these enough!

Note: This review is for the 60 caps version WITHOUT iron (which is the main reason I bought these).The sealed lid on the top of my bottle was unsealed when I opened mine. I was either sent a customer return (unlikely) or there's a distinct lack of QC in the factory when sealing them - not what you want with something you ingest tbh!I was going to count the pills to make sure 60 were there but… the stench!The smell is, as others have said, absolutely pungent. It's not a faint odour. Think sewage, rotten eggs, and must. Worse, they taste as bad as they smell — AND it lingers. The tablet was been on my tongue for barely a second but man, I was tasting it for a ages after.Another thing to mention: the NRV% of each vitamin and mineral is not listed on the product page (at the time I write this). But the wording of everything led me to assume it'd be higher. Annoying, a few things are <25% - great if you get those vitamins elsewhere, not so good if you're lacking in them to start with, which is why you're seeking out a supplement. The fact some are so low is presumably why the company has chosen not to list them out in the open...Add in the fact this uses magnesium oxide (a poorly absorbed form of magnesium and shown in studies to hinder the absorption of other things taken alongside it) even less of those low amounts will be absorbed.Whether the open seal, smell, and disappointment in value resulted in the bad stomach pain and cramping I had after taking them, I can't say - but I've taken one every day since getting them and that's what I've experienced each time. Kicks in about 10 minutes after swallowing.I'll persevere for a few more days in hope it's unrelated, but even once done I won't be reordering.

Le pot ressemble à tous les conteneurs de vitamines classiques.Il est toujours difficile de savoir si les vitamines et minéraux sont réellement présents, dans les valeurs annoncées. Je ne peux pas juger cet aspect. J'espère que c'est le cas. Si cela est vérifié, alors le rapport qualité / prix est bon : 22 molécules utiles à des doses correctes par-rapport aux apports journaliers recommandés.Le point négatif est l'odeur mais vu que je ne mets pas le nez dedans, ça va.
