[INF] Apply a pea-sized amount, brush in circular motions for two minutes, and rinse thoroughly.

Can't find it anywhere in shops here. Its brilliant! The amino fluoride is strengthening your teeth much better than the sodium fluoride which is in normal toothpaste. You can even keep decay at bay when you apply it locally several times per day and it's not progressed too much, as it will remineralize the surfaces that well. That I hears from my dentist however, never tried it myself :)

I grew up with this toothpaste in Germany.My Dad used to send it to me but now I can get it from Bolo for a reasonable price!Use this toothpaste regularly and keep the Dentist away :)Tooth sensitivity will be resolved quickly and good oral health is guaranteed.I am almost 45 and never had a root canal or other serious problems :)

I used to use this toothpaste years ago when I lived abroad. All Elmex dental products are amazing in general. Sadly you cannot buy this in the UK, so I always buy some when I'm on the continent. I love the after taste of Elmex. The paste doesn't burn your tongue as many do and leaves your mouth feeling super fresh for ages. It's pricey,compared to UK toothpastes, but it matches the price of toothpastes abroad. I now buy a load from Bolo so it justifies the postage cost from Germany!
