    Only issue I have is that to give the desired amount two different lengths are often taped together so when cutting into metre lengths I end up with two unusable pieces as there are four ends in the pack.

    I have a torn rotator cuff and these resistance tubes are my prescribed tool for rehab. I've been rehabbing with this product for many weeks now and I'm still on the first tube. Very very pleased with it.
