My lips became chapped in December last year when the weather turned chilly and my lip balm didn't heal anything.I needed something without lanolin as I'm allergic and it's not always easy to find healing products for skin as most are aimed at people who can use lanolin as it's a wonder product for those who tolerate it.So I'm glad to find a suitable healing product for winter. Will be keeping it in stock in future. The 'first aid' design is cute too.

I have tried several brands of lip balm and this is my favourite. It is non toxic, contains no nasty chemicals and doesn’t taste bad or make you cough. My whole family use it, it is safe, pleasant and really works.

well I'm very disappointed about this product,, when i apply it, my lips feel very smooth and i like it, but as soon as its absorbed after a short time, my lips are dry again!!

Good value for money

Not happy at all. It's on the pricey side but it does the job for about 10 minutes and then my lips back to being dry as a camel's ass, if not drier. Says it's meant to repair lips but honestly plain old vaseline does a better job. On a side note, it says it's fragrance-free but if you're not a fan of mint be warned that the balm was a peppermint flavour.

I first found this stuff in a makeup store and I haven't been without it since. It works well to fix cracked and chapped lips, and has fortunately not caused me any kind of allergic reaction. I could not survive summers or winters without this.
Soft lips
I used it once sometimes twice if my lips feel a little dry. Lasted a year, I left it at home and only used it in the morning.

Very moisturizing, stays on my lips longer than the usual Chapstick type product.

After a failed attempt to fix my red, angry, peeling lips with a budget option from Target, I chose this First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Lip Therapy. Finally, relief! This is thick (so thick I sometimes have to use both hands to squeeze it out of the tube lol), gently minty and best of all, non-irritating! My lips were back to normal in two days!
