My favourite nappy cream. I have used a couple so far and this one is easy to use and super effective. It’s quite messy though and I really hate the tube it comes in as it breaks towards the end of product and it leaks everywhere.

The product suggests that it is for use on babies with nappy rash , however I am disabled & due to spinal problems have incontinence issues. I have to wear pads and I get very sore. This barrier cream is brilliant. The cream is very thick so it provides a barrier between the skin and the pad and urine. It is the best cream that I have used in 15 years of incontinence.

This cream is fantastic!! I highly recommend for diaper rashes. You only need to use a pea size amount and it works almost immediately. I'm so glad I found this product!
Does its' job
Works well in combination with SudoCream. Would recommend using the two together.

Great product!!! Especially for a little guy that has diaper rash almost all the time. I am glad to have found this stuff when living in England. I'm sure my son is glad too!!
