    To be fair I didn't even use it. This mandoline had a blade which was not straight, but wonkyy.It is "japanese" only by name, as it's made elsewhere (was it Indonesia?), which I found cheeky, if not misleading.For the same price I had it exchanged for the brand from which this is copied.Kudos to Bolo for that.
