This Listerine Total Care mouthwash is seriously brilliant! I use it twice a day, morning and night, and it leaves my mouth feeling incredibly fresh and my whole mouth feeling amazingly clean.I love that "squeaky clean" feeling you get after using it, and the Clean Mint flavour is really refreshing without being overpowering. It just makes me feel like I've really looked after my teeth and gums.Honestly, I've tried loads of different mouthwashes over the years, but this one is definitely my favourite. It does exactly what it says on the bottle, and the 1 litre bottle lasts for ages, which is great value. If you're looking for a mouthwash that freshens breath and gives you a deep clean feeling, you can't go wrong with this one. Highly recommend!

I noticed I was getting a wee spot on one of my teeth where my gums protrude over them a little and food easily gets trapped.... and then suddenly, there was a HOLE in that same spot!! I was freaking out, thinking it was a cavity (which I haven't had one of in over 40 years!) and made a dentist appt immediately. A friend of mine is a dental hygienist and she recommended that I start using this every night to prevent further cavity damage and when I went to my dentist he said that the fluorite had completely 'arrested' the cavity that was forming... meaning it stopped it completely! He still had to fill the hole but there was very little 'drill' work needed to prepare the site for the filling. Awesome stuff!
