So this one is going to be a little bit of a mixed review, even though I'm giving it 5 starsThis product is very very good, but very easy to abuse if you are used to subconsciously sitting with a vape.So to begin with, the spray will give you hiccups. I am not sure why, but no matter where you spray, you'll get some quite violent hiccups to begin with. Eventually you'll get used to it, and it becomes a lot easier to use.Taste is fine for both the mint and the berry flavours, I personally kept switching them up based on availability and when I wanted a change. I'd pick mint as the better one however.The one thing I will flag, is I did end up getting some of the more rare side effects, which I ended up in hospital for checks for (abnormal heartbeat/palpitations). This was likely due to it being so easy to just spray, without paying attention. I most likely was using more than the recommended doses per day/hour.The good news is that hospital visit scared me so much, it made me quit both vaping and the nicorette spray. Been 1 month nicotine free now, and my heart is back to normal.So yeah, I do recommend this product, but I recommend NOT using it more than what it says for usage. If you don't have the willpower (like me) to avoid using it more than 4x an hour, use something else (patches/lozenges/etc).

Pros: Nicorette Quickmist is certainly highly effective in removing nicotine cravings. It seems to work differently (better) than cheaper vape alternatives. Not sure why?Cons: Expensive. Often out of stock or long lead times. Most importantly, it doesn’t necessarily work in getting you off nicotine. You can become just as addicted to this product as to cigarettes. With my cynical hat on I’d wonder if that were the idea (profit!).
